1970 Mustang Shelby Grudge Match

1976 Mustang Fastback

This 1967 Mustang Fastback was originally rebuilt by Eric's Muscle Car and Warner Bros Pictures bought it for the movie Grudge Match, starring Sylvester Stalone, Robert De Niro, and Kim Basinger.

After the movie was done filming, the car was sold to a private owner in 2017 and shipped from the USA to Slovakia.

The new owner planned on selling the car as he bought it for the asking price of 100 000€.

The car has not been restored for the reason of a higher value in the condition that was presented in the movie if bought by a museum or a movie car collector but due to not being sold, the owner started the restoration and it might be available for sale again when all the repairs are finished.

Fun fact: The size of the fuel tank was limited to 15 liters for safety reasons on the movie set.

With a total screen time of fewer than 30 seconds, this Shelby is not as famous as her cousin Eleanor from the movie Gone in 60 seconds but still looks really pretty and can break a neck.

You can watch the scene the car was used for in the movie with Sylvester Stallone detailing the car before going on a date with Kim Basinger. Unfortunately, the scene ends with the Dodge Durango crashing into the rear-end of the mustang. The car didn't suffer any major damages besides the rear right fender but still being drivable.
